Kaitlyn (she/her) is a passionate and experienced advocate for arts education and creative youth development, with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and a deep commitment to empowering youth voice. Currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership at the University of San Diego, Kaitlyn brings extensive knowledge and a dynamic vision to her work. As a neurodivergent individual, she embraces her unique perspective and fosters inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.
As the founder of Pathfinder Arts Collective, LLC, Kaitlyn provides consulting services to nonprofits and youth-serving organizations, specializing in board governance, strategic planning, grant writing, and youth leadership development. She works with authenticity and integrity, building meaningful connections with clients and collaborators. She is also a dedicated youth leadership advisor, fostering creative and collaborative learning environments where young people can thrive.
Prior to founding Pathfinder Arts Collective, Kaitlyn served as the Community Opus Program Manager for the Opus Project at KeyNote, where she continues to contribute as Youth Leadership Liaison. Kaitlyn is actively involved in the broader arts community, serving as co-Vice Chair of the El Sistema USA Board of Directors. Her expertise and commitment to social justice and equity inform her work, ensuring that all young people have access to transformative arts experiences.
Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from San Diego State University and a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego. Her dedication to lifelong learning and her passion for empowering youth make her a valuable asset to the nonprofit and arts education sectors. She aspires to continue contributing to the growth and accessibility of arts education for young people.
