Quickly find answers to questions from members that we frequently respond to. Please contact us if you have a question that is not included below!

You can change the credit card on your recurring subscription by logging into your account. After you enter into your account, you will access ‘payment methods’ from the Dashboard, and ‘add payment method.’

If you don’t know your password, you can click “forgot password” and it will send it to you.

Your membership benefits are for your organization as a whole. This includes your Staff, Teaching Artists, Board members, and key volunteers.

You can add Staff or Teaching Artists to your account by logging into your elsistemausa.org account. After you enter into your account, you will access ‘My Memberships’ from the Dashboard, and ‘Manage Group.’ You may add and remove group members, or send an e-mail to new people to invite them as well.

Alternatively, you can email info@elsistemausa.org with a list of email addresses from your organization that you would like to be able to have unique logins.

Each organization has a main administrator login. This administrator is the primary contact for the organization, and the only login that is able to add or remove members from your organization’s group. Ask your organization who the primary administrator login is and request that they grant you a unique login.
