Beginning his journey as a music educator, Dr. Howard has consistently blended his passion for music with a strong foundation in educational leadership. His role in establishing Music in Motion, a K-8 music education program, laid the foundation for a career dedicated to nurturing young talent. As a principal in various K-12 schools, he excelled in creating environments where students thrived, combining academic rigor with creative opportunities.
Dr. Howard’s tenure at Bronx Charter Schools for Better Learning and Boys & Girls Harbor Inc. highlighted his strategic and visionary leadership. He was instrumental in expanding programs, fostering community partnerships, and leading successful fundraising initiatives, raising over $1.6 million for youth programs.
