My name is Jeremiah. I was born in Rochester New York. I am 15 years old and am homeschooled. I have been homeschooled since 2nd grade. I have been playing the drums since I was 2 years old but at the age of 8 years old. I was introduced to the cello And absolutely fell in love with it. I chose to play the drums, But the cello chose me. I come from two parents that Love music. My mom sings and has been singing her entire life. My father loves music and makes beats on apps. We are a Caribbean family. My mom is Puerto Rican and my dad is Jamaican. I am trying to learn both languages. I am part of the Rocmusic music program here in Rochester and love being out in the community playing music. It’s one of my favorite things to do. I also play drums in the Rhythm section and have played for the Mayor of my city several times. I have been to Chicago’s Ravine festival 2 years in a row, King School Residency for 3 years and have also participated with Archipelago Project in Michigan for 3 years.
