Isabella is 14 years old and attends Pittsfield High School in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. She is from Bogota, Colombia and moved to the United States when she was just 8 years old. She’s been playing the violin for seven years with Kids 4 Harmony (K4H) which is where her passion for music began. She studies violin under Jorge Soto. She has performed in three K4H annual galas at Tanglewood in Lenox, Massachusetts and also attends Longy School of Music’s Side-By-Side Orchestra, in Cambridge MA. In 2024, she was chosen to participate in Ravinia Festival’s National Seminario Ravinia: Orchestras for All in Highland Park, Illinois, performing under Marin Alsop. Additionally, she is the first violinist of a student-led ensemble called the Pittsfield Chamber Project. Outside of violin, she is part of the Pittsfield High School swim team. When she grows up she wants to become part of the medical program at Harvard University, and become an anesthesiologist. With her passion for traveling and her adventurous spirit, she loves taking on new challenges and making new friends.
