Felicia Adizue is a sophomore at Enloe High School. She is currently 16 years old and has played the violin for 8 years. She is a part of the El Sistema Program “KidZnotes”, the Belt Canto Piano Quintet of North Carolina’s Chamber Music Institute, and a first violinist in the United String of Color Quartet (USC). Felicia and the members of the USC Quartet travel around North Carolina playing music written and composed by underrepresented composers, especially women of color. She has also begun tutoring beginning musicians (violinists and violists) last year, expanding her community outreach. She said, “I hope to use music to communicate positive impacts to the people in my community.”
