Description

We will be introducing a collection of practical tools for individuals and organizations invested in youth development through music. We will discuss strategies to build consensus around a program’s values and outcomes, create mission-driven teaching practices, and promote a culture of inquiry in our musical learning spaces. These tools allow for a process where staff, teaching artists, young people, and other program stakeholders can work together to define what success looks like in your unique program and community.
