Equity Arc Wind Symphony

The Equity Arc Wind Symphony brings together talented pre-college musicians from historically underrepresented cultural backgrounds for a tuition-free multi-day training residency with the United States Marine Band (USMB). Musicians selected through a competitive audition process will learn from professional military musicians, network with peers from similar backgrounds, and participate in cultural activities in Washington, DC. This experience culminates with a side-by-side performance with the United States Marine Band conducted by Dr. Rodney Dorsey. The inaugural Wind Symphony will be held on May 1-4, 2025 in Washington DC.
This opportunity is open to advanced pre-college wind, brass, percussion, and string bass instrumentalists from historically underrepresented cultural backgrounds. You will need to sign an eligibility statement as part of your application.
