Nema Robinson is a talented senior at UMBC, majoring in Music Education. She studies with the esteemed Airi Yoshioka at UMBC. Nema’s primary instrument is the violin. Nema has had the privilege of performing with various prestigious programs such as the Baltimore Symphony OrchKids Program, Peabody Preparatory Tuned In Program, Collective Conservatory, Archipelago Project Summer Music Camp, El Sistema National Take a Stand Festival, Interlochen Intermediate Concert Orchestra, Patapsco Center for the Arts School Orchestra, and the Peabody Preparatory Jazz Ensemble. She also work as staff at Peabody Prep and Staff at The Bridges Program and has been a part of the El Sistema USA East Coast Seminario. Nema’s talent has taken her to perform in New York City with Camp Encore Coda. Nema is also a proud member of the National Honor Society , the Tri-M National Music Honor Society and The Vice President of National Assiocation of Music Education at UMBC.
