CEO Forums offer an exclusive platform for Executive Directors and senior leaders to network and engage in focused discussions on establishing and managing Sistema-inspired programs in the United States and Canada. Designed with small to midsize entities in mind, these forums facilitate interactive dialogue for problem-solving and knowledge sharing. Participants, including program directors aspiring to leadership roles, are encouraged to share their experiences in collaborative formats, fostering collective learning and informed decision-making within our field.
Join us for the 2024-2025 season, led by Gabrielle Molina, for sessions that invite you to connect with fellow executive leaders and industry experts from across the nation. We will explore a wide range of topics, including board development, harnessing artificial intelligence, compensation structures, and addressing the challenges of sustaining an organization while combating burnout. These sessions are designed to be collaborative, encouraging participants to share insights and solutions, and providing valuable perspectives and practical approaches to the challenges we all face.
To encourage candid participation, these sessions will not be recorded, ensuring an off-the-record sharing space where leaders can openly discuss challenges faced at the executive level of Sistema-inspired work.
