This session will explore the role of white domination in fundraising through the works of Vu Le, Tema Okun, and Paul Kivel. We will discuss concepts such as white culture, white moderation, and the historical role of nonprofits over the past century. We will examine how these concepts and ideas related to fundraising work in El Sistema programs. Participants will have the chance to ask questions and discuss these ideas in small group breakout rooms.”
