“Equity in El Sistema Programs and the Success of our Young Musicians” with Adam Eccleston, Program Director of Bravo Youth Orchestras. Adam Eccleston performed and shared his experiences with music growing up in New York City, and compared his life experiences to his teaching experiences in urban schools.  He shared success stories, and provided suggestions for how to keep students engaged and adopt an enriched and safe environment for inner-city students in El Sistema USA programs.
