Job Title: Outreach Coordinator, Opus Project
Reports to: Community Opus Program Manager
Status: Full-Time 40 hrs/week, Non-Exempt (Hybrid)

About this Position: This position is responsible for leading on-site outreach efforts for the Opus Project programs at schools in the San Diego County region. This role is heavily relationship-focused and works with multiple levels of stakeholders, including program participants and families, school staff and faculty, and district staff. They will work closely with the Opus Admin Team to align daily activities with program and organizational values.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
- Experience working in office, educational, and/or nonprofit environment
- Familiarity with trauma-informed classroom management techniques
- General knowledge of and experience with instrumental music or creative youth development
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
