Title: Administrative Coordinator, Opus Project
Reports to: Community Opus Program Manager
Status: Full-Time 32-40 hrs/week (non-exempt)
Starts: Immediately
Compensation: $23-26/hr to start, with full benefits

About the Position: This position is responsible for leading operational efforts for the Opus Project programs taking place at schools in the San Diego County region. This role focuses on communication, process development, data tracking and reporting, and project and concert planning. They will work closely with the Opus Admin Team to align daily activities with the program’s strategic vision and goals.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
- Experience working in office, educational, and/or nonprofit environment
- Strong knowledge or affinity for technology, spreadsheets, and databases
- General knowledge of and experience with instrumental music or creative youth development
- Bilingual a plus (English-Spanish or English-Vietnamese preferred)
