El Sistema USA (ESUSA) is pleased to announce that Isaac Sinnett will assume the role of Board Chair, effective July 1, 2026. Sinnett brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience and a strong commitment to equity and high-quality music education to this national leadership role.
Sinnett has served on the ESUSA Board of Directors since 2022, including as Chair of the Membership and Engagement Committee and most recently as Vice-Chair of the Board. He is the Executive Director of Education & Community Engagement at Ravinia, a valued and mission-aligned ESUSA partner organization. At Ravinia, Sinnett leads Reach Teach Play, a broad portfolio of music education and community engagement programs, including Sistema Ravinia and National Seminario Ravinia.
