About the Eastman Leadership Bootcamp – ESUSA Partnership
The Eastman Institute for Music Leadership is proud to collaborate with El Sistema USA to offer up to five full-scholarship seats to El Sistema USA® leaders to the Eastman Leadership Bootcamp: for Advancing Leaders from June 24-28, 2024. Apply by March 1 for Bootcamp scholarships; final application deadline is May 15, 2024.
Eligibility
Applicants must be an employee of an El Sistema USA member organization in good standing and must indicate on the application that they are applying in partnership with El Sistema USA. All prospective attendees must apply by March 1, 2024 to be eligible for a scholarship seat.
What It Is
Through this intensive week-long series of online interactive workshops and case studies, you will gain a unique set of skills, techniques, and knowledge that will enhance your career and grow as a leader. Each session is led by an expert in the field of Finance, Fundraising, Legal, DE&I, and Leadership. Following the conclusion of the Bootcamp, participants will have access to mentorship sessions with the lead faculty through the summer.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Please allow two weeks to review your application for admission and scholarships.
In addition to the five ESUSA scholarships, partial and full scholarships are available to all applicants based on both merit and financial need!
